Reno sits on an I-80 logistics and data centre boom, next to one of the largest industrial parks in the country.

For Reno crews, a PulseTrek does the generator's job from stored energy. The trailers hold 15 kWh or 30 kWh of lithium iron phosphate storage, deliver up to 8,000 W continuous and 20,000 W peak on the Performance model, and recharge from shore power, an existing genset or solar.

Units ship by road from our Liberty Hill, Texas facility, roughly 1,700 miles from Reno. Purchase, lease and financing are available across Nevada; rental availability depends on fleet position and project length, and delivery, set-up and remote monitoring are arranged with your quote.

Summer heat is the other stress. Peak demand climbs, the grid tightens and site equipment runs hot. PulseTrek systems are rated to operate up to +50°C (122°F), and a battery does not lose efficiency running at part load the way a generator does. Wildfire weather adds another reason. Utilities in the region now switch lines off pre-emptively when fire risk is high, sometimes for days. A battery rides through those shutoffs without adding an ignition source or a fuel store to a dry site.
