Film and TV
Cameras, lighting rigs and sound equipment running on stored power — with nothing in the background of the take, and native 230V/50Hz for shoots outside North America.

Production sound is unforgiving. A diesel set placed far enough away to stay out of the mix needs long cable runs, and cable runs need crew, time and somewhere safe to lay them. Placed closer, it costs you takes.
On a sound stage the problem is different: a combustion generator cannot be inside at all, because of carbon monoxide. That pushes power outside and back to the cable-run problem.
A PulseTrek sits where you need it, indoors or out, and makes no noise at all. The Performance model delivers 8,000 W continuous and 20,000 W peak, which covers lighting, camera, video village and sound together — and it is factory-configured for 230V/50Hz, so it works in the Middle East, Europe, South Asia and Africa without conversion.

Sizing
| Deployment | Typical load | Recommended system |
|---|---|---|
| Small unit, documentary | Camera, monitors, small lighting | PulseTrek Base+ — 30 kWh |
| Drama unit on location | Full lighting, camera, sound | PulseTrek Performance — 8 kW |
| International shoot | 230V/50Hz, no conversion | PulseTrek Performance |
| Studio or multi-unit | Several units across a lot | Multiple trailers or containerised |
Why it matters here
No generator floor in the recording, which removes a class of post-production work entirely.
Power can sit close to the set instead of being exiled to the far side of the location.
Zero emissions and highly stable LFP chemistry mean the unit can be used inside a stage or a practical location.
Native 230V/50Hz on the Performance model — the only Made-in-USA trailer BESS with that as standard.
Night shoots in residential locations stop being a noise negotiation.
Solar recharging extends runtime indefinitely where the daily draw is within the array's output.
Questions answered
Yes. The PulseTrek Performance model is factory-configured for 230V/50Hz output, making it compatible with Middle East, European, South Asian and African grid standards without any modification. The Base and Base+ models output 120V/60Hz for US-standard applications.
Yes. It uses highly thermally stable LFP chemistry and produces zero emissions in operation. Unlike diesel or propane generators, which produce carbon monoxide, PulseTrek can be operated safely in studios, warehouses and enclosed practical locations.
A 30 kWh Performance unit covers a typical unit day at moderate draw, and can be recharged overnight from shore power. For remote multi-day blocks, the solar upgrade kit or a second unit removes the recharge constraint.
The Performance model provides 20,000 W of peak power against 8,000 W continuous, which gives headroom for fixture strikes and motor starts without tripping the system.
