PulseTrek systems operate from -20°C to +50°C (-4°F to +122°F) during discharge, and 0°C to +45°C during charging. The IP68-rated NEMA 3R steel enclosure is weatherproof and shockproof, rated for field deployment in rain, dust, heat, and cold. Proven in real-world deployments including hurricane conditions in Texas and desert operations in the UAE.

Yes — the PulseTrek Trailer Performance Model is factory-configured for 230V/50Hz output, making it compatible with Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar), European, South Asian, and African grid standards without any modification. This is the only Made-in-USA trailer-mounted BESS with native 230V/50Hz support. The Mini PulseTrek and Base models output 120V/60Hz (US standard).

PulseTrek Trailer (30 kWh) charges in: ~6–8 hours from standard grid (NEMA outlet), 4–6 hours from 50A input, or partially via solar panels during daytime operation. The system supports simultaneous solar + grid charging for faster top-up. Mini PulseTrek (15 kWh) charges in approximately 3–4 hours from standard outlet.

Yes. PulseTrek Trailer Base+ model supports Level 1 EV charging. The Performance model supports Level 2 charging at 32A — enough to charge most commercial EVs and fleet vehicles. This enables mobile EV charging at construction sites, events, and remote locations with no grid connection or permanent installation required.

BMS stands for Battery Management System — it's the brain of the battery that monitors voltage, temperature, current, and cell balance in real time. PulseTrek uses an AI-powered Smart BMS with auto load balancing, safe power distribution, overcharge and over-discharge protection, and thermal safety cutoffs. This is why PulseTrek has a 6,000+ cycle lifespan — the BMS protects the battery in all conditions.
