Service
Installation, commissioning, remote monitoring, maintenance and field service — because a storage asset is a ten-year relationship, not a delivery.
Lifecycle
01
Positioning, connection through the onboard transfer switch, verification against the load, and handover with the crew who will actually use it.
02
Remote monitoring reports state of charge and system health continuously, so problems are visible before they become site downtime.
03
Preventive inspection, field service, spares and pack swap support from our 8 MWh energy storage hubs.
Service agreements, spares and monitoring can be arranged for fleets as well as individual systems.
Questions answered
Very little. There is no oil, no filters and no fuel system. Maintenance is periodic inspection of connections, enclosure and cooling, plus BMS and firmware checks, most of which is informed by remote monitoring rather than a fixed schedule.
Positioning and connection, verification of the transfer switch against the site load, confirmation of recharge behaviour from the intended source, and handover to the people who will operate it.
Yes. Every PulseTrek includes remote monitoring of state of charge and system health, which is what makes fleet operation practical without regular site visits.
PulseTrek LFP cells are rated for 6,000+ charge cycles and carry a 10+ year lifespan warranty. Actual life depends on depth of discharge, cycling frequency and operating temperature.
