Every PulseTrek unit is designed and assembled in Liberty Hill, north-west of Austin, so Texas sites get the shortest delivery runs, the fastest service and direct access to the engineering team. The state's construction boom, energy sector, Gulf Coast storm exposure and the memory of Winter Storm Uri in February 2021 make fuel-free backup and temporary power a practical decision rather than a green one.

Most of Texas is on the ERCOT grid. Summer heat is the other stress. Peak demand climbs, the grid tightens and site equipment runs hot. PulseTrek systems are rated to operate up to +50°C (122°F), and a battery does not lose efficiency running at part load the way a generator does. Hurricane season is the bigger test. When a storm closes roads and fuel depots, generator backup fails at its supply chain, not its engine. A charged battery has nothing left to deliver, and PulseTrek systems kept medical facilities running through Hurricane Harvey.

By road from our Liberty Hill, Texas facility. The trailer models tow behind a standard vehicle (3,500 lbs GVWR), and containerised systems ship on a flatbed. Timing is confirmed with your quote.
PulseTrek systems are rated to operate up to +50°C (122°F), with LFP chemistry chosen for thermal stability. Shade and airflow still help on the hottest days, and we advise on siting when we size the system.
