PulseTrek is the mobile product family of PulseTrek, formerly Voltabox of Texas — a US subsidiary of German battery engineering firm Voltabox AG, founded in 2014. We build trailer-mounted and containerised lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage systems from 15 kWh to 8.3 MWh.
Every unit is designed and assembled in Texas, which makes PulseTrek eligible for federal procurement under the Buy American Act — the point that usually decides a bid for government agencies, municipalities, FEMA contractors and defence buyers.
We are a manufacturer rather than a re-brander, which is why custom configuration is possible in the first place: cell chemistry, pack layout, inverter selection, output voltage and frequency, enclosure, trailer and control interface are all ours to specify.
