Most sites do not know their real load profile until they are running. Renting a battery energy storage system lets you prove the sizing on the actual job — with real tools, real hours and real weather — before you commit capital to a purchase.
It also matches how temporary power is actually procured. A construction compound needs power for the length of the build. A festival needs it for ten days. A film unit needs it for a location block. Those are rental shapes, not purchase shapes.
And unlike a generator on hire, the running cost does not move with the diesel price. There is no fuel account, no delivery scheduling, no spill kit and no refuelling labour to budget for.
How rental works

Send a list of what is on site, the hours it runs and the voltage you need. We size the system and confirm the runtime you will actually get.

The trailer arrives on site and connects through its onboard transfer switch. There is nothing to vent, no fuel tank to site and no CO monitoring to arrange.

Remote monitoring tells us the state of charge. If the deployment runs long or the load grows, we swap the pack or add a unit rather than leaving you short.

Questions answered
Rental pricing depends on the model, the hire length and whether delivery, solar or lighting options are included. Longer project hires price lower per week than short hires. Send us the site, the load and the dates and we will quote it — there is no fuel line to estimate, so the rental figure is close to your total running cost.
Rent when the requirement is project-shaped, when the load profile is not yet proven, or when the asset would sit idle between jobs. Buy when the same load recurs across the year, when you want the asset on your balance sheet, or when you are a rental company building a fleet of your own.
Three things: your largest simultaneous load in kW, your total energy use over the run in kWh, and the voltage and phase you need. If you do not have those, a list of the equipment on site and the hours it runs is enough for us to work from.
Yes, and on high-load sites that is often the right answer. The battery carries the load and the generator starts only to recharge it, which cuts generator runtime, fuel and servicing without risking capacity.
