Guide
Far less than a generator, but not nothing. Here is a realistic schedule.
No oil changes, no fuel filters, no coolant flushes on an engine, no injector service and no load-bank testing to prevent wet stacking. That is most of a generator's maintenance cost.
Remote monitoring lets us see issues before they become downtime. Scheduled service and O&M are available: see installation and service.
Before each deployment: walk-around check, connections, tow gear and a monitoring check. Quarterly: clean vents, check seals and torque. Annually: a full inspection, firmware updates and a capacity check against the original figures.
Keep a log. It helps with warranty claims and resale, and it shows which units are working hardest in a fleet.
